New Owners!

Allen Court Cottages & Motel is under new ownership for the 2026 season. (Don't worry! It's just Jesse and Casey, Chuck's son and daughter-in-law.)

Over the past several months, we've been hard at work making improvements and tackling a long list of projects to make your stay with us even better. We truly appreciate your continued support, patience and loyalty as we continue refreshing Allen's while keeping the same cozy lakeside experience our guests have enjoyed for generations.   

We will be doing things a bit differently for reservations this year. All motel reservations must now be made online. If you are a regular guest for the cottages or Thunder-on-the-Strip, have no worries! Your reservations have been saved.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for another great season at the lake. See you this summer!
